On the Friday before every Formula 1 Grand Prix , there are two 90-minute practice sessions. Teams use them to work on setups and strategy choices for the coming weekend, while the drivers get an opportunity to learn or re-familiarise themselves with the circuit.

Qualifying Day
Formula 1 qualifying is one of the most important parts of a Grand Prix weekend. Where drivers finish in qualifying determines how the grid lines up for the race on Sunday. Qualifying is divided into three parts, in which the starting positions for the race are determined by the drivers' fastest lap times.
Saturday 25 November
YAS Marina
On Formula 1 race day, drivers line up on the grid in their qualifying positions. The race begins with a formation lap followed by a high-speed battle where drivers compete to overtake each other and complete multiple laps. The race concludes with the checkered flag, followed by podium celebrations where the top three drivers receive trophies.
